Transfer Admission Guidelines
A minimum 2.0 GPA is required to be considered for admission. All applications meeting the minimum requirement will go through a comprehensive review to determine admissibility.

Minimum GPA Requirements for Admission Consideration to Specific Majors
|2.75||Criminal Justice (major courses) AND 2.5 cumulative GPA|
|2.50||Economics (BBA degree only)|
|2.75||Education min. for consideration (3.0 Student Teaching minimum for consideration)|
|2.50||Human Services Leadership (2.75 major GPA and 65 credits completed for Internship; 2.75 cumulative GPA and 3.0 major GPA for Advanced Internship)|
|2.50||Interactive Web Technology (to be eligible to enroll in upper-level Business courses)|
|2.75||Medical Technology (minimum for consideration)|
|2.75||Nursing (minimum for consideration; 3.25 or higher preferred)|
|2.50||Radiologic Science – (minimum for consideration into the clinical program)|
|2.50||Social Work (minimum for consideration) (2.75 graduation requirement)|
Credit and Other Requirements for Admission Consideration
Applicants with fewer than 30 earned credits at an accredited institution, or students who have solely earned credit from a Wisconsin Technical College must also submit an official high school transcript.
Anticipated Application Deadlines/Priority Dates
Applications are accepted beginning: July 1, 2019
Decision Deadline: January 15, 2020
All admitted transfer students register on assigned transfer registration dates.
Student’s registration date is based on the number of earned credits.
The enrollment deposit is $100.
Admission requirements and date may be modified because of changing enrollment demands.
An advance tuition deposit is $100
Special Note for UW System Transfer Applicants
The UW System undergraduate transfer policy states that priority for admission will be given to two-year branch campuses transfers and other UW System transfers from campuses where a major is not available, subject to the limits of a campus’s enrollment target. All UW System campuses have Guaranteed Transfer agreements with the two-year branch campuses. Students admitted under these agreements should follow the requirements of the agreement. The stipulations of these agreements are not included in this listing.
