May also submit portfolios to establish credit in studio-type courses.

Will count toward associate degree natural science requirement.

If a student has a score of 3,4,5, they should submit their lab notebook to the chemistry chair for review. If the lab materials demonstrate a proficiency in the lab, that would be communicated back to the Registrar's Office. At that point the student would be able to receive five credits of CHE 145. CHE 145 is designated as NS/LS, so those students would receive natural science/lab science credits.

Will count toward associate degree natural science requirement.

Contact Foreign Language Dept. for more information.

Will count toward associate degree social science requirement.

Credits for Music 171/172/181,182 are for general education credit only. Students pursuing a degree in music may be subject to campus based placement testing to determine readiness and appropriate placement into the music theory /aural skills sequence.
