7 As the AP Seminar allows for deep interdisciplinary exploration of students' interests, the student should plan to provide to their advisor a copy of their final paper to determine exactly what area of general education the course may apply towards.

8 As the topic of each research study will vary, a student successfully completing this should plan to present their final paper to determine what and how much exact credit may be awarded. If a comparable course or discipline area is unavailable, the elective credit will stand.
