The Air Force branch of ROTC offers a four-year, two-year and one-year program. The program itself is designed for a student who has three or more years of college remaining to complete. The one-year program is available for students preparing for occupation for which the Air Force has a special need, such as law and nursing. Students have the opportunity to earn a commission as a Second Lieutenant after having completed college degree requirements.
Scholarships are available on a competitive basis. Most scholarships pay full tuition along with most laboratory, textbook and incidental fees. Cadets in the program are eligible for a monthly stipend regardless of receiving a scholarship or not.
