Receiving Application or Contract Materials
Housing applications and contracts are separate from the application for admission. You must submit a housing application or contract to your campus if you plan to live in on-campus housing. (Note: You may apply for housing at more than one campus while you’re making your final decision about where to attend college. However, each campus will completely or partially refund the deposit or prepayment depending on its policy.)
Students are typically admitted to a campus before they are offered an on-campus housing application or contract, but that’s not always the case.

| UW-Eau Claire | Housing contracts and brochures are mailed shortly after the student is admitted. |
| UW-Green Bay | Applications are available online anytime during the application process. |
| UW-La Crosse | Applications for housing are sent, and are available online, after the tuition deposit is received. |
| UW-Madison | Students admitted to UW-Madison will receive housing and contract information via email. |
| UW-Milwaukee | Contracts will be offered on a space-available basis after the student is admitted to the university. Apply for spring or summer housing. |
| UW-Oshkosh | Admitted students can sign up for housing online after paying the enrollment deposit. |
| UW-Parkside | Materials for housing are sent after the student is admitted. |
| UW-Platteville | Information is sent after the student is admitted. |
| UW-River Falls | After admitted students activate their Falcon account, they can apply for housing. |
| UW-Stevens Point | Application materials are sent after the student has been accepted (2-3 weeks). |
| UW-Stout | Admitted students are sent a housing packet. |
| UW-Superior | Applications are sent after the student is admitted. They are available online beginning in February. |
| UW-Whitewater | Applications are available online after the student is admitted. |
